They (the neighbours) were also invited to the star cabaret show during the evening. Valet car parking was on hand to quickly cut down the drop off and pick up times.
The get in or construction period for this event was a full three days and the clearing up and a spring cleaning operation took a full 8 hours to complete. At the finish the client said his luxury home had never been cleaner and you would not have known the party ever took place.
The alternative is to take on a venue and this can be a blessing especially if guests can stay overnight, The Grand Hotel Brighton is one of our favourite venues. The train journey to Brighton is easy or the hotel offers free car parking.
The main event held on Thursday and Friday then turned into a top management weekend whilst others had a more relaxing time with an alterntive entertainment programme laid on. Economies of scale help the budget to meet all its objectives and at a more than realistic cost.
